ENRICHMENT

Through Enrichment, survivors of trafficking invest in themselves by participating in life skills classes, case management, and goal setting!

As they reach milestones in Economic Empowerment, Personal Development, and Survivor Leadership, they can receive financial benchmarks from The Net including gift cards, bills being paid, or direct investments in their savings accounts.

We celebrate participants' investment in themselves by offering financial benchmarks in each step of the program.

These benchmarks include gift cards for participating in multiple classes per week, bills being paid when progress has been made on their career plan, direct investments in their savings account when they meet a financial goal, and more!

The Net has invested over $46,000 directly into survivors’ bank accounts through financial incentives since Enrichment’s inception in 2022!

Ongoing life skills classes include:

  • GED Prep

  • Career Planning

  • Banking 101

  • Managing Credit

  • Money Sense

  • Expressive Arts

  • Mindful Movement

  • Bible Study

  • and more!

As women attend classes and meet with their Staff Advocate, they can earn gift cards and other financial incentives!

"I have really struggled this year. I felt alone at times and I’m really going through a hard time right now. But I have felt encouraged and loved by the Net.

I leave the classes feeling like I’m a part of something. It makes me want to continue to fight for my life.”

- B*, Net Survivor Leader

Please note, we do not consider ourselves “first responders” for trafficking. If you suspect a situation of trafficking or exploitation, please call the National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1 (888) 373-7888.

Instead, we aim to surround women with a community of support and empower them to rebuild their lives once they are not in crisis.
